Bruce Yao
Chief Executive Officer

Bruce Yao is a veteran figure in Taiwan’s animation and ACG (Animation, Comics, and Games) industry, with over 20 years of experience advancing original Taiwanese animation. He is the Founding Chairman of the Taiwan Animation & Visual Effects Association and a former Adjunct Faculty member at Shih Hsin University. Over his career, he has worked across multiple sectors of the industry as an animation director, game animator, and comic artist.
Since 2005, Bruce has served as Chief Executive Officer of Xanthus Animation, leading one of Taiwan’s few studios dedicated to original IP development. Under his leadership, the studio has produced and supervised numerous acclaimed works, including YAMEME, The Adventure of Yumin and Yuma, 2049+ Voice of Rebirth, and BOOM! BOOM! BEANS, earning recognition at major domestic and international festivals.

Kittipat Jinathong

Kittipat Jinathong is a cinematographer, media executive, and educator with nearly two decades of experience across film, television, and emerging media in Southeast Asia. He began his career in journalism and film, working from 2007 to 2011 as a News Photographer for Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) in its Bangkok bureau, covering South and Southeast Asia. Alongside his broadcast work, he has been invited to speak on cinematography and film production at leading institutions, including Chulalongkorn University and TK Park.
He later served as Managing Director of Blockshot Cine Co., Ltd. before building an extensive career as a Director of Photography for major Thai productions, including U-Prince, Secret Seven, Theory of Love, Until We Meet Again, Wake Up Chanee, and Shipper for GMM 25 and Studio Wabi Sabi. In parallel, he has remained active in education, teaching cinematography and audio-visual production at Bangkok University, Silpakorn University, and under Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
Since 2015, he has co-founded MINI-P Digital for post-production services, followed by the launch of Real Bangkok Co., Ltd. in 2020 and Verse Media Technology Co., Ltd. in 2022, both focused on virtual production and metaverse technologies. In 2024, he was appointed to Thailand’s Subcommittee on Soft Power for Film, Documentary, and Animation, reflecting his role in shaping the country’s creative and digital media landscape.

Jung Yoon-Soo

Jung Yoon-Soo is a film director and screenwriter whose career spans feature filmmaking, television production, and international media. He graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies with a degree in Spanish, and later completed a Master’s Program in Media Studies (Film Production) at the New School for Social Research in New York.
He began his professional career in the media industry as a PR Planner at Cheil Worldwide, before working as a Cable Producer-Director at TKC New York and later as a Local Producer-Director for KBS Documentary New York Panorama. In recognition of his contributions to film and storytelling, he has served as a jury member for the Luxembourg Film Festival and the Dong-A Ilbo New Year’s Literary Contest (Scenario Section), reflecting his active role in the development and evaluation of cinematic works.
As a filmmaker, Jung has developed a strong body of feature work as both writer and director. His credits include Out of the World and Hairdresser as screenwriter and assistant director, the animated feature Wonderful Days from an original screenplay, and Yesterday, which he wrote and directed and which was invited to major international festivals including Edinburgh, Deauville, and Hawaii. He later directed adaptations such as Do You Live with the One You Love Now?, My Wife Got Married—also invited to the Shanghai International Film Festival—Two Women (a remake of Black Ice), and Midnight Café, released in November 2022.

Jack Shih
Professor and the Dean of
the School of Film and New Media at the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA)
Jack Shih is a leading figure in Taiwan’s animation industry, widely recognized for his contributions as an animation director, educator, and academic leader. He is currently a Professor and the Dean of the School of Film and New Media at the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA), where he has played a pivotal role in shaping animation education in Taiwan. He is also the founder of the Kuandu International Animation Festival (KDIAF), one of the country’s key platforms for international animation exchange.
Jack holds a Master of Fine Arts in 3D Computer Animation from Pratt Institute in the United States, and completed advanced studies at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). At TNUA, he founded the Department of Animation and has since served as a central mentor to successive generations of Taiwanese animators. Beyond academia, he has been actively involved in industry development as the Festival Director of KDIAF since 2011, and as a frequent juror for major awards and pitching platforms, including the Golden Horse Awards, Golden Bell Awards, and international animation forums.
As a filmmaker, Jack’s work spans 2D, 3D, and experimental animation and has received international recognition. Yu Wenjiang

Yu Wenjiang is a Senior VR Engineer based in Beijing, with extensive involvement in China’s virtual reality and metaverse technology ecosystem. He currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Zhongguancun Fanlian VR & Metaverse Industry Alliance, the China VR Technology and Industry Innovation Platform, and the VR & Metaverse Technology Committee of the Zhongguancun Standardization Association. He is also the Director of the Qingdao Collaborative Innovation VR Research Center, where he focuses on advancing immersive technology research, industry collaboration, and standards development.
In addition to his primary roles, Yu holds multiple concurrent positions across national education, industry, and technology organizations. These include Deputy Director of the VR Education Working Committee of the Emerging Engineering Education Alliance, Deputy Secretary-General of the Technical Working Committee of the Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Innovation Alliance, and member of both the VR Special Committee and Network Graphics Special Committee of the China Society of Image and Graphics (CSIG). He also serves as a member of the Virtual Teaching and Research Office of VR Technology and Applications under the Ministry of Education, an expert of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) 5G Application Industry Matrix, a think tank expert for investment promotion in Beijing’s Shijingshan District, a distinguished expert of the Expert Committee of the Qingdao VR Industrial Park, and a member of the IEEE Standards Association.
